Dawson Community College Softball Signs Power Pitcher from Colorado
Dawson Community College Head Softball Coach Jim LeProwse is pleased to announce the signing of Bradie Strang from Fort Collins High School in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Coach LeProwse on his new signee, “Bradie is a pure power pitcher. She came to Dawson for a visit and workout recently, and impressed us coaches right from her first pitch. We had her on the radar gun at 61-63 MPH and she still has a huge upside from there. She locates her pitches very well and has a great changeup. Bradie will definitely be a dominant force in the circle for us next season. She is a very fierce competitor and has a huge drive to win. Bradie is also a power hitter. Coach LeProwse continued, “I may have been just as impressed with her bat as I was with her pitching. Bradie Strang is the exact type of player that we strive to recruit every year. It will be a lot of fun to watch her get compete in the next couple of years as a Lady Buccaneer. Bradie will definitely do great things in her two years at Dawson.”
