A Historic Season for Dawson Community College Baseball
The Buccaneers were recognized in a major way with four All-Conference selections, highlighted by earning the conference Player of the Year honors.
The athletes that were given first team all conference honors were:
Freshman infielder Patrick Victoria
Freshman pitcher Henry Wilson
Sophomore outfielder Jace Jarrett
Sophomore first baseman Dominic Phillips
Dominic Phillips was awarded the conference player of the year. Dominic hit over .400 in conference and had 18 home runs on the season breaking the school all time record. He also broke the single season hits record.
These athletes have put together an incredible season through hard work, consistency, and leadership both on and off the field. Their performances helped lead Dawson to one of the best seasons in program history.
This group helped to raise the standard for Dawson baseball and proved they can compete with anyone in the region.
