DCC Basketball Honored 2 Player of the Week Awards
For the first official week of the season, DCC's own Julia Robarge and Simon Falokun were honored Mon-Dak Player of the Week in women's and men's basketball.
Julia Robarge is a 6'1" sophomore forward for the Lady Bucs. Playing a total of 37 minutes in two games last week while shooting 60% from the field, she scored 37 points, had 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 steals. Julia is from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and she attended Chippewa Falls High School.
Simon Falokun is a 6'9" freshman forward for the Buccaneers. Playing a total of 36 minutes in two games last week he shot 55% from the field scoring 33 points, had 31 rebounds, and 4 assists. Simon is from Houston, Texas and he attended Alief Taylor High School.
