Lijewski Commits to Dickinson State University

On Tuesday June 25th Brooke Lijewski, sophomore from Casper, WY, signed with Dickinson State University. Located in Dickinson, ND, DSU is a member of the North Star Conference. This NAIA conference consists of teams throughout Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and North Dakota. 

This past year, Brooke was nominated to the 2024 First Team All Conference Team and the 2024 All Region Team. She came off of a year having hit 0.459 with an on base percentage of .471. Lijewski had 68 hits, 16 doubles, 2 triples, 15 home runs, 61 RBI's and scored 56 runs. This etched her name into the DCC record books! Brooke holds the fourth most hits (68) and she's first in RBI's (61).

Head Coach Casey-May Huff had this to say about Brooke, "I am so proud of our Brooke! She was a force to be reckoned with for us this year and was a large part of our success! I am excited to see what she does at the next level!"

Lijewski will be headed to North Dakota this Fall where she will continue to study Computer Science and Cyber Security.
