Dawson’s Seth Amunrud Named Mon-Dak Conference Player of the Week

The Mon-Dak Conference Player of the Week is Seth Amunrud, a 6'3'' freshman guard from Dawson Community College. During wins over Casper College and Gillette Colleges he scored 34 points, had 14 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals while shooting 55% from 3-point range and 86% from the free throw line. Seth is from Bozeman, Montana and was a two time state champion at Manhattan Christian High School.

It is the 4th time this year a Dawson player has been named as the conference player of the week and Amunrud is the 3rd different Buccaneer to be honored. Ty Buckmon (twice) and Justin Asi (once) are the other two.

Dawson opens the second round of their conference schedule at home on Thursday night vs. Miles Community College at 7:30 pm. The Bucs are 14-2 on the season and 7-0 in the Mon-Dak Conference.
