Dawson Athletic Programs Recognized Nationally for Academic Success
All 8 DCC Athletic programs were nationally recognized among the hundreds of programs across all three divisions of the National Junior College Athletic Association.
The following DCC programs were honored nationally in the 2022-2023 NJCAA Academic Teams of the Year:

40 Dawson Community College student-athletes were named to the NJCAA All-Academic teams. Seven student-athletes qualified for the First Team, seventeen on the Second Team and sixteen on the Third Team. The following is the list of students and their respective sport:
