Dawson Community College was honored to have a Lady Buc be honored Player of the Week in the Mon-Dak Conference.

Chasity Pope, a 6'0" sophomore center, was voted Player of the Week in the women’s basketball division of the Mon-Dak. In DCC’s only game of the week, Pope shot 50% from the field, scored 14 points, had 12 rebounds, and 1 assist.  This was Pope’s first double double of the season.

Chasity is from Opelika, Alabama and she attended Beauregard High School.
